When in the Heart, we can start inviting that Truth, that pulse of the Universe, that energy from the Heart into the mind — so we can create and act and think from the Heart consciously using our beautiful mind ♾️ That’s how realignment happens from the Heart to mind - not other way around 🙏💫
First, surrendering mind into the Heart. And then staying at the Heart. Feeling, Being what is. The resonance starts to expand. The awareness grows. Which we expand into the mind overtaking it by the Truth, by Love, by the guidance from the Source 🙏❤️🔥♾️✨
Or expanding this Heart energy into any pain, any circumstances that hurt to return it all Home to Source, to Love 🥹🤍🔆
It is not the words that matter, but the living experience of it.
You are able to share it with others because we are One same Source ♾️☀️♾️
Everyone is it, but clean up must be made to live it 🙏
No separation or identification. See where your need for validation or approval may play in your work - once you see patterns, you can correct them 👍✨
Stories of the past - childhood traumas — once you know yourself as Awareness and not a story, not something happened, you are not a feeling - you can go into the story and rewrite it, correct it, embrace it, melt it with the Sun of Awareness with Love.
Don’t identify with the story or a child that’s been hurt. That won’t help. You are not that.
If you are still judgmental of the story or how it played out or of others in it — you have not anchored in Awareness yet, you are addressing it from the mind, from the separate self.
Only Love can heal. To be and access Love - open heart needed; detachment needed; realization that you are empty space of Awarness in which everything appears needed; knowing that what happens is not you needed.
Only then knowing your true place you can do something about the story, with love.
Forgiveness happens spontaneously and naturally then. And letting go 🕊️ ✨
